How delivery works

  • Open the redemption flow from your order after payment.
  • Submit your Claude Session Key by following the page instructions.
  • Confirm the Pro plan and expiration date on the same day.

Before you order

  • The Claude account must be accessible.
  • Submit your Claude Session Key only on the redemption page linked from the order. Never send passwords, verification codes, Session Keys, or recovery keys in support chat.
  • Do not share the account, switch devices or networks frequently, or connect untrusted third-party tools.

Support coverage

  • During the 30-day support period, if membership ends early for a reason other than account suspension or deactivation, unused subscription days are refunded. A partial day of use is counted as a full used day.
  • You must appeal and request a refund through Anthropic yourself. XiuStore does not submit the appeal or guarantee account recovery or approval.
  • After XiuStore confirms receipt of a refund from Anthropic, 90% of the amount actually received is credited to your XiuStore USD wallet. The base is the provider refund received, not 90% of the XiuStore purchase price.
  • Example: a provider refund of $100 actually received results in a $90 XiuStore wallet refund.
  • No provider refund means no refund for account suspension or deactivation. XiuStore does not advance funds while the provider refund is pending.
  • The 30-day period covers early membership loss only. It does not guarantee an unrestricted account for 30 days. Account restrictions follow the official appeal and refund process above.
